Shipping Policy

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping rates: We ship from Los Angeles, California. Standard shipping is a flat rate, and shipping is FREE on all orders over $75.

 

Delivery estimates: Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days within the US. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Order tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears lost, contact us at austinkurey@yahoo.com and we'll help make it right.

 

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

 

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
